The standard search function is for those who aren’t really sure which items they are chasing, and would like to have a browse through the product category with visual prompts.  Simply type your key words into the search box, and browse through the relevant items.

The Quick Order function is for those who are in a hurry, and know the exact items they need.  Simply type your item code or key words into the quick order box, and select your item from the drop down menu.  You can then select your quantities, and proceed to the checkout, saving you a bunch of time and effort.

Everyday Items Lists are designed to save you a bunch of time when placing your order!  You can create as many lists as you want, meaning you can have a separate list for each job site, and edit them as you please.

When you are ready to place an order based off the list, simply select your required items from the list, and add the required quantities to your shopping cart.

It’s that easy, and saves you a heap of time manually searching for each item on your list.


Nobody likes a back order, but unfortunately in a fast-paced industry like ours, they do happen occasionally.
If a product is currently out of stock it will advise as such on the product’s page.  Please do not let this scare you, it could be due in for delivery that very day!
To place your back order, simply add the item to your order as you usually would, and we’ll do the rest.
You will receive a notification of when the item is expected into our warehouse, and another when it has been sent out to you.

You sure can!

Just make sure you are logged into your personal account and not your business account when making the transaction – trust us, we’ll know!  Standard delivery fees will still apply, so make sure you hit that $200 mark for free delivery in metro areas, and if you would like to pick up your order, remember to let us know one hour ahead of time.

Delivery Cost

If you’re delivery address is situated within the metro area, and your order is over $200, your delivery is FREE.
If your order does not total $200, a small delivery fee of $8.00 will apply.
If your delivery address is outside the metro area, further fees may apply please contact our friendly sales team for a delivery quote.

Delivery Times

We offer our clients a choice of two runs each day.

If you place your order before 4pm, it will be sent out on the first run the following day, and be delivered from 7.00 – 10.00am.

If you place an order before 10.00am, you will receive it that same day, on our second run, between 12.00 – 3.00pm.

Delivery Instructions

You can add notes to each delivery address to ensure your specific instructions are met.  If you would like your order delivered at a specific time, or a specific gate, please add this to your delivery notes for the site and we’ll make sure your instructions are followed.

Yes you can, but please keep in mind we are busy ensuring all of the deliveries are going smoothly, and require one hours’ notice prior to collection.  This ensures we have time to process, pick and prepare your order so it’s ready to go when you arrive!
